Revision Policy

We offer revisions based on the package you select. Customers can request unlimited free revisions at no additional cost, as long as the content and concept remain unchanged. The revision processing time is 48 to 72 working hours.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time) to assist you with any revision requests or inquiries.

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure you get the most out of our services, we offer unlimited revisions. However, you can avail yourself of a maximum of 30 revisions per project, after which additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Refund Policy

We have designed our refund and cancellation policies to offer maximum protection to both the Client and the Company. In case of order cancellation, the following terms will apply unless AMSTechGlobal cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than non-performance or breach.

All refund requests will be processed according to the following arrangement:

  • Refund Prior to Delivery: If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial content(s), you will be entitled to a full refund (excluding a 10% service and processing fee).
  • Post-Completion Refund Policy:
    • Refund requests made within 48 hours of initial content delivery will be eligible for a 66% refund (excluding a 10% service & processing fee).
    • Refund requests made between 48-120 hours after delivery of the initial content will be eligible for a 33% refund (excluding a 10% service & processing fee).
    • After 120 hours of initial content delivery, no refunds will be available. However, as AMSTechGlobal strives for 100% customer satisfaction, we encourage users to reach out to us in case of any issues.
  • Cancellation: If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placement, you will be entitled to a full refund (excluding a 10% processing fee). This policy does not apply if initial content/designs have been delivered or revisions requested within this timeframe. Refund requests due to a change of mind will not be entertained after this period.
  • Order Status & Inactivity: If no action is taken on an order for 30 days from the time of placement, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you wish to restart your order, additional charges may apply based on your project.
  • Final Project Handover: No refund requests will be considered after the delivery of final files.
  • Valid Grounds for Refund Requests: Refund requests must have a valid reason, assessed based on customer feedback for revisions and the content brief. No refunds will be granted if the concept aligns with the provided brief; however, additional revisions will be offered to meet your expectations.
  • Custom Packages: The same refund policy applies to custom packages as to single packages. For example, if you purchase both logo design and SEO services and approve the logo, you may request a refund for the SEO service only during the delivery of initial content.

As part of the refund process, all requests should be submitted to the support department. AMSTechGlobal reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on violations of the user agreement.

Based on our revision policy, we will strive to address your concerns immediately. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will approve a refund request.
